The power plant of the Audi e-tron 50 quattro, as well as in the more expensive version, is represented by two electric motors on each axis, however, their total power was derated to 230 kW at 540 N⋅m of torque (in contrast to 300 kW and 560 N⋅ m in a more powerful version). The electric car has four-wheel drive, and its maximum speed is 190 km / h (instead of 200 km / h).

Of the features of the transmission, it should be noted that in most cases of movement only the rear motor works, and the front one is activated only if necessary.

Battery and charging 2023 Audi e-tron 50 quattro

The battery capacity of the Audi e-tron 50 quattro is 71 kWh (compared to 95 kWh in the original version). The battery weighs 120 kg less than a standard crossover battery and consists of 324 prismatic elements combined in 27 modules.

The new battery provides a range of 299 km in the WLTP cycle (versus 400 km in the original version) and has a fast charging capacity reduced to 120 kW. From single-phase AC sources, the electric car can be charged with a power of 2.3 kW, from three-phase with a power of 11 kW.

Designed by Audi e-tron 50 quattro

There are no serious differences from the original e-tron 55 quattro with a 95 kWh battery, the initial version of the Audi e-tron 50 quattro does not have and retains the high technology and functionality of all controls, active and passive safety systems.
