Renault has unveiled the concept of a new generation of electric vans 2023 Renault Kangoo Z.E BEV. To be launched in 2023, the next generation of the utility vehicle is expected to increase its range per charge using the drive from Nissan

Electric car KANGOO Z.E. Powered by a 60 hp AC synchronous motor. (44 kW) with a torque of 226 Nm, accelerating the eco-car from 0 to 100 km in 20.3 seconds, in combination with a gearbox and reverse inverter, as well as a 22 kWh lithium-ion battery, providing a range of up to 170 km combined.

It takes 6-9 hours to charge an electric van from a regular household 220 V network. Note that the electric vehicle has a progressive system for recuperating the energy generated during engine braking, which allows to increase the power reserve up to 10%.

The exterior of the KANGOO Z.E. – discreet, the main distinguishing feature is a wide radiator grille with a turquoise brand logo on top, under which the charging slot is hidden. The interior of the electric car is decorated simply and without frills. The seats are upholstered in fabric, and navigation and monitoring of the vehicle’s condition is carried out using a technological dashboard adapted to the specifics of electric vehicles.

Comfort and safety of the 2023 Renault Kangoo Z.E BEV

Among the comfort elements of KANGOO Z.E. one can distinguish an air conditioner with a fine filter, heated front seats and the interior with the function of pre-heating or cooling the interior, a modern MP3-player with AUX and Bluetooth.

Since KANGOO Z.E. works silently, equipped with the Z.E. Voice, which alerts pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists with an audible signal when a vehicle is approaching when driving up to 30 km / h. On the dashboard, an econometer informs the driver about the state of charge of the car: light blue indicates normal driving, dark blue indicates optimal, and red warns of excessive consumption or low energy level.

Safety is ensured by the emergency braking system ABS, front airbags, immobilizer and traction control.
